Custom software
Internal tools, customer portals, scheduling, inventory, reporting, or a link between systems that don't talk to each other. If your team does it by hand every week, there's a good chance we can take it off their plate.
Off-the-shelf tools make you change how you work to fit them. We do it the other way around. We come see how things run, build what you actually need, and stay on to keep it running.
We build tools for the parts of your business that spreadsheets and generic apps don't handle well.

Before we write any code, we visit in person and spend time with the people who'll actually use what we build. A video call tells you what people think they do. Standing next to them shows you what they really do.
Bug fixes, new features, updates and routine maintenance, all handled by the same people who built it. Something breaks, you call us and we fix it. No support tickets bouncing around for a week.
Your records belong to you, not us. We don't sell them, share them or poke around in them. When we need access to fix something, we ask first.
You'll know what we're building, what it costs and where things stand the whole way through.
We come by, watch how things run and talk to the people doing the work. We want the full picture, workarounds and all.
You get a written proposal in plain English covering what we'll build, how long it'll take and what it costs.
We work in short rounds and show you real, working software every couple of weeks, so you can change course early.
After launch we stick around for fixes, changes and upkeep for as long as you need us.
A lot of software companies treat customer data as part of the product. We don't. What you put into the system is yours, and it stays that way.
It depends on what you need. A small internal tool and a full customer portal are very different jobs. Get in touch, tell us a bit about the problem, and after a visit we'll give you a clear quote in writing.
Yes. We think it's the best way to understand how your business runs. If you're far away we can talk about options, but in person is what we prefer.
We keep supporting it. That covers bug fixes, new features, updates and general maintenance. You deal with the same people who built it, so nobody has to learn your system from scratch.
Usually, yes. A lot of our work is connecting systems you already have so data moves between them on its own instead of being copied by hand.
You. We only access your systems when you ask us to, for example to fix a problem, and we never sell or share your information.
Every project is different, so we don't post a price list. Send us a note and we'll set up a demo or a visit, then give you a straight answer on cost.
We usually reply within one business day.
